This article includes a general customs legal analysis of prohibited goods, objects, goods, restricted objects that can be allowed for crossing the state border only in exceptional cases. It also highlights the carrier that can carry them over the state customs border. The author also formulates in this article the concept of prohibited goods and restricted goods from the national customs law of the Republic of Moldova, also indicating the customs regimes accordingto which prohibitedobjects, restricted goods, objectscan be crossed over the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova, making reference in this regard to the concrete codes included in the customs tariff and the combined Nomenclature of goods. |
