Rezumat | ||||||
Parliamentary control over executive and public administration is a complex politico‑legal and expressive feature of application of the functional principle of separation of powers in the state of law. This is realised in specific forms, through questions, interpellations, investigation and parliamentary motion of censure, but also by legislative competence of Parliament, the situation that may require the Government to explain the policy they want to promote in a draft law and the solutions that are expected. |
