Rezumat | ||||||
The article refers to the design of the technical means of automating food preservation processes using natural cold. At the level of the invention, automatic ventilation holes have been developed for both freezing and storage, for storing fruits and vegetables. At the same time, technical means of control have been proposed and argued for different methods of ice formation in natural cold installations. |
