<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Institute of conflicts of interests at the legislation level, was regulated for the first time in 2008. Despite the existence of a large specter of people declaring a personal interest, this study is completely dedicated to state officials. In this work we analyze the notion, content and regulation of conflict of interests, with suggested cases, and also submitting proposals related to the need of fulfilling or changing the existent legislative framework.</p></description>
