Constitutional settlements regarding fundamental human responsibilities such as Constitution respect, country devotion, country defense, financial contribution to public expenditures, environmental protection, etc, have been analyzed using the comparative method. Proposals were made to revise the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova to improve the constitutional settlements in the analyzed fields. |
