Comparative study of breeding and productive qualities of cow of Bălţată cu negru and Estonian red breeds was conducted at Practical Scientific Experimental Institute of Biotechnology in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine on a flock of 70 Bălţată cu negru breed and 78 cows of Estonian Red breed. Bred herd of Bălţată cu negru breed held 85.54% and achieved record elite class and elite and the Estonian Red breed 58.33%. Milk production in the Bălţată cu negru breed in the I lactation formed 5104 kg, and the Estonian Red - 1471 kg 3633 kg or less (B 0.999). In the third lactation these indices are composed while 5409 and 5107 kg 302 kg the difference is not significant (B— 0.95). The fat content in milk of Bălţată cu negru breed varies per lactations between 3.9 to 3.95% and between 3.9 to 4.02% at Estonian Red breed. Bred herd of Bălţată cu negru breed found 41.9% had udder-shaped bath and 58, 1 - cup and the Estonian Red 4.2 and 94.8% respectively. |
