In this article the ideas of Constantin Stere about constitutional, democratic state, constitutional and democratic regime, as well as the state of law are analyzed. The definition of constitutionalism is brought to light, as well as many contemporary definitions of the state of law. It is stipulated that the distinctive characteristic feature of a state of law is the plenary guarantee of the rights and freedom of a human. The following belief is expressed in the article: the edification of a state of law is a complex sociopolitical task, which is perfectly possible to realize in the modern society. |
