Rezumat | ||||||
Representation is a legal technique process by which a person, called a representative, concludes legal acts with third parts in the name and on behalf of another person, called the represented, resulting in the direct effect in the person of the representative of the effects of the legal acts. Represented by a notarially authenticated mandate or proxy, it empowers a person to manifest his to represent or conclude legal acts. A new amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure concerns the representation in the court where the natural persons can be represented by the spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents if they are licensed in law and are empowered through an authenticated proxy notary |
