The necessity of identifyng the ways of stimulating the motivation for learning in pupils begins from the need to differentiate and understand the factors that influence the fluctuations of school efficiency. This article aims to reflect the problem of motivation for learning in pupils from voccational training. First we try to identify at what level of schooling the motivation of learning is declining based on activities of researching and identify and analize problems that cause the declining of motivation. Subsequently we propose conditions of carrying activities on which teachers, who want to help pupils, can rely in order to maintain the motivation of learning during studies. |
