The paper presents an analysis to the water quality of river Răut in the Central Development Region of the Republic of Moldova during 2012-2014. The accumulated data have confirmed the high level of anthropogenic impact, which induces adverse ecological state of the river Răut: most indicators of water quality (physicochemical, hydro-biological and microbiological) are placed in the monitoring sections of the upper river in classes "moderately polluted" ( III) and "pollute" (VI), and in the monitoring sections of the lower part of river - in classes "clean" (II) and "moderately polluted). To find a major need in resetting all measures and human activities for the environmental rehabilitation and establishing of a viable balance in the river basin Răut. |
