For horses with reproductive problems diagnosis confirm and chromosomal abnormalities control the 18 animals were cytogenetically screened. The karyotype investigation carried out on the metaphase chromosomes. The efficacy of the metaphase chromosomes analysis was studied by using different staining methods: classical staining procedure Giemsa, differential staining procedure CBG, GTG and FISH technique. The FISH method use allowed diagnosing on the lower quality metaphase chromosome of one-horse the X chromosome aneuploidy in the form of mosaicism 63, X/64, XX. Other animals were with a normal chromosomes set. |
