В статье освещаются основные права медицинских работников и защита этих прав. Актуальность темы обусловлена ролью медицинских работников в реализации права каждого человека на охрану здоровья, гарантированного ст. 36 Конституции РМ. Многие медицинские работники, недовольные условиями своего труда и, в первую очередь, размерами заработной платы, покидают Республику Молдова и уезжают в другие страны, в которых труд медицинских работников оплачивается гораздо выше, чем в Республике Молдова. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена также недостаточным её освещением в юридической литературе Республики Молдова.

Articolul evidenţiază drepturile fundamentale ale lucrătorilor din domeniul sănătăţii şi protecţia acestor drepturi. Relevanţa subiectului se datorează rolului lucrătorilor medicali în realizarea dreptului fiecărei persoane la protecţia sănătăţii, garantat prin art. 36 din Constituţia Republicii Moldova. Mulţi lucrători medicali care sunt nemulţumiţi de condiţiile muncii lor şi, mai presus de toate, de mărimea salariilor lor, părăsesc Republica Moldova şi merg în alte ţări în care munca medicilor este plătită mult mai mult decât în Republica Moldova. Relevanţa acestui subiect se datorează şi insuficienţei sale de acoperire în literatura juridică a Republicii Moldova.

The article highlights the basic rights of health care workers and the protection of these rights. The relevance of the topic is due to the role of medical workers in the realization of the right of every person to health protection, guaranteed by art. 36 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova. Many medical workers who are dissatisfied with the conditions of their work and, above all, with the size of their salaries, leave the Republic of Moldova and go to other countries where the work of medical workers is paid much higher than in the Republic of Moldova. The relevance of this topic is also due to its insufficient coverage in the legal literature of the Republic of Moldova.
