At present, the majority of organizations undergo structural and social changes as a result of globalization and increased exchange of information. The key to the success and competitiveness is humane capital. Transition from industrial to informational society impose to revision organizational management with all its elements and humane capital investments included. It’s very important to estimate the coefficient of humane capital investment compensation, because the expenses due employees can outrun 40% of organizational or corporative expenses. That’s why the problem of investment in human capital need to be tackled as a premise of ensuring employees instruction and professional development. At the beginning we’ll try to speak about human capital concept, then to treat investments matter also. |
