Rezumat

In the period marked by globalization civil aviation is in a continuous development. The number of passengers carried by air in the Republic of Moldova is also permanently growing. As a result of intense competition in this industry the consumer of services, the passenger, has the most to win, he chooses from a local company and one from abroad, or a classic one with a complex set of services, or a low cost one, with fewer services but at lower price of tickets. International Airlines established in the Republic of Moldova are leading a marketing battle for consumer with the public company, which holds a market share of nearly 50%. The liberalization of the air transport market will result in emergence of new players in the industry on the territory of our country which should lead to the development of a new marketing approach of the national public company.
