To prepare and organize a proper decision-making process is very important. To take efficient decisions also is very principally. But the question which logically arises is if just taking good decision is enough four public administrations to satisfy the citizen’s needs. The implementation of the administrative decisions and the evaluation of the outcomes and outputs are important for public administration or these two stages don’t matter for the success of decision-making process. So, in this article we are going to research and analyze the implementation and evaluation stages from the administrative decision-making process of the Republic of Moldova. For that, we are going to analyze de national legal framework which regulates the decision-making process, the functionality capacities of the authorities in charge with implementation and evaluation, and the mechanisms available to them. The researches available from civil society with regard to the subject also will be considered. |
