Formarea unei strategii geopolitice eficiente a Republicii Moldova poate servi drept un impuls puternic pentru crearea unui model economic eficient al ţării şi realizarea unui consens intern asupra unei idei integrale la nivel naţional. Principala sarcină a studiului este de a identifica cel mai promiţător vector de dezvoltare geopolitică pentru republică. Studiul analizează posibilele direcţii de dezvoltare favorabilă a economiei Republicii Moldova, analizează avantajele şi dezavantajele integrării europene şi euroasiatice, rezumă principalele rezultate ale cooperării cu Uniunea Europeană şi discută tendinţele actuale în domeniul cooperării dintre Republica Moldova şi UEE. Se acordă o atenţie deosebită atingerii unui efect pozitiv pentru economia Republicii Moldova şi a rolului Uniunii Economice Eurasiatice în acest proces. Un factor cheie în alegerea reperelor geopolitice este posibilitatea de a implementa scopurile şi obiectivele strategice ale republicii, care vor asigura dezvoltarea sa stabilă şi competitivitatea pe piaţa mondială.  

The formation of an effective geopolitical strategy of the Republic of Moldova can serve as a powerful impulse to the creation of an efficient economic model of the country and the achievement of an internal consensus on a nationwide integral idea. The main task of the study is to identify the most promising geopolitical development vector for the republic. The study examines possible directions for the favorable development of the Moldovan economy, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the European and Eurasian integration, summarizes the main results of cooperation with the European Union, and discusses current trends in the field of cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the EAEU. Considerable attention is paid to the achievement of a positive effect for the Moldovan economy and the role of the Eurasian Economic Union in this process. A key factor  in the choice of geopolitical landmarks is the possibility of implementing the republic's strategic goals and objectives that will ensure its stable development and competitiveness on the world market.
