This article analyses the current concepts of leadership and teamwork in an organization. In the conditions of fast-changing environment, both leadership and teamwork should be highly effective and accomplish the company’s goals. To achieve that, it is important to understand the notion and advantages of the leadership and teamwork. Based on the researched theories and the conducted study regarding the practical aspects of the leadership and teamwork at some companies working in Moldova, the article suggests a number of conclusions and recommendations. |
