Rezumat

This article aims to highlight the role of motivation and satisfaction at work - prerequisites for training of civil servants. Motivation deals with how to determine the means by which members of an organization or public officials may be encouraged to contribute effectively to the objectives, taking into account the needs of each and their own personalities. Motivation as a mechanism regulating influence human behavior, enabling access to human personality. Motivation is essential for understanding organizational behavior, self realization is determined by the need to give a measure of its own identity in raporurile with others is the most important work that we harness the power and possibilities.
