Разработка новых эффективных систем питания побуждает учитывать более широкий спектр индивидуальных характеристик человека. Одним из перспективных решений данного вопроса является система питания, учитывающая тип конституции личности. Нами впервые представлены основные алгоритмы системы питания для астенического типа конституции. Преимущество и новизна разработанной системы питания состоит в том, что она учитывает метаболические особенности астенического типа и алгоритмы его оптимизации, функциональные особенности пищеварительного тракта и оптимальные параметры структуры калорийности рационов питания. Development of the new effective systems of feed allows taking into account more wide spectrum of individual descriptions of man. One of perspective decisions of this question is the system of feed, taking into account the somatotype of personality. By us the basic algorithms of the system of feed are first presented for an asthenic somatotype. Advantage and novelty of the worked out system of feed consist of that she takes into account the metabolic features of asthenic type and algorithms of his optimization, functional features of digestive tract and optimal parameters of structure of calorie content of rations of feed. 8 references, 1 table
