The article deals with the educational goal-setting phenomenon. Attitudes to knowing of notions ‗goal‘ and ‗goal-setting‘ in historical ways are described in this article. The Author remarks wide variety of classification of pedagogical goals. Analytical summary of psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of ranking of pedagogical goals is exposed in the article. The main ideas and guidelines of pedagogical goal-setting are proved theoretically. Structure and functions of pedagogical goal-setting are described. Its essence and content are found out in the article. The main postulates to defining goals of future teachers' training are described. The levels of teachers' readiness to goal-setting their professional activities are studied. |

В данной статье рассмотрены подходы к пониманию понятий «цель» и «целеполагание» в историческом аспекте. Отмечается широкое разнообразие классификаций педагогических целей. В статье представлен аналитический обзор психолого-педагогической литературы по проблеме иерархии педагогических целей. Теоретически обоснованы основные идеи и положения проблемы педагогического целеполагания, выявлена его сущность и содержание. Проанализирована структура и функции педагогического целеполагания. Предложены общие требования к определению цели профессиональной подготовки студентов. Исследованы уровни подготовленности студентов к целеполаганию своей профессиональной деятельности. </description> <description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'>În articol este analizată problema proiectării obiectivelor în activitatea pedagogică. Autorul evidenţiază abordările teoretice ale conceptelor „obiectiv‖ şi „proiectarea obiectivelor‖ în aspect istoric. Se analizează o mare varietate de clasificări ale obiectivelor pedagogice. Articolul prezintă o revizuire analitică a literaturii psihologice și pedagogice cu referire la problema ierarhiei obiectivelor educaționale. Sunt fundamentate teoretic ideile de bază ale problemei proiectării obiectivelor şi este dezvăluită esenţa şi conţinutul acestei proiectări. Este analizată structura și funcțiile proiectării obiectivelor. Sunt propuse cerințele generale pentru definirea obiectivului formării profesionale a studenţilor.
