In those recent years we have witnessed the phenomenon that grew and her name is - the brain drain. This are a university-educated families who decide to move to another country. This phenomenon is growing every year mainly because of the implications of globalization worldwide. We see the movement of migration of families (mostly academic) to developed countries. In Israel the phenomenon is becoming more difficult and large. The Israeli government, only recently foreclosed on dealing with the phenomenon. This article will attempt to review, with a view of the researchers, in short, the most significant reasons why the phenomenon is so widespread. And I will try to give reasons and mapping of advice to resolve the short term. |
