Rezumat

Teaching practice as an integral part of university education offers great opportunities for professional skills training to students / future teachers, such as: - scientific competence, covering skills needed to apply theoretical knowledge, communication skills knowledge, research skills, experimentation and control, and initiative and objectivity in the evaluation; - managerial competence – includes long-term teaching design skills and concrete teaching and learning, organizational capacity and coordination of school group education, proper management measures for approval and disapproval; - pedagogical competence – the ability to determine the intended level of difficulty of an informational content, of information accessibility, the ability of the student’s understanding of the internal world, empathy and tact teaching ability, the ability to imagine and create new educational methods, to predict student performance in a teaching load of future ways and means; to adopt the specific situation of educational interaction with the students; - psychological competence, refers to the ability to establish relationships with students, parents, colleagues, the ability to infer the nature of interpersonal characteristics of students, collecting adequate capacity preferential relations between students, the anticipation of social attitudes of the students in relation to future educational situations. All these are important for specialist training with pedagogical and psychological well-trained to enable development of a modern education centered on the learner.
