In the current geo-political transformations due to processes of globalization, during the witnessing of the increasing influence of the media, the activity of actors in international relations might find new ways to promote their own interests, to transfer and influence policy according to their economic and political status. The impact of the activity of international relations' actors in the field of media has upward features, as a result, the negotiated rules threaten to override domestic law once state subjects of international relations, particularly those with low influence capacity, should rewrite policies, give up to public investment in non-commercial media, abandon local language requirements, take in the proposed model and sometimes allow full privatization of the media. The purpose of this study is to analyze and classify the activity of international relations' actors due to the weight on the international arena.
