The researches concerning the implementation of the organizational change management within the co-operative enterprises play an important role in identifying the solutions which are linked with the assurance of the viability of the co-operative sector in the Republic of Moldova, assuring the increasing of its performances by penetrating the latest changes in organizing businesses, manufacturing technologies etc. In the present paper there are analyzed the strategies and models of organizational change that can be used by local co-operative enterprises, because only by recognizing and understanding the stages of change can successfully plan and implement the desired changes. The present paper represents some results of the scientific researches interuniversity teams, but the researches which are unfold within the institutional project “Substantiation of Trade and Consumer Co-operatives’ modernization from the perspective of their implications in the sustainable socio-economic development and consumer protection” (11.817.08.85A) |
