Main source of violation of these rules to protect personal data of staff, in my opinion, it lacked practitioners in these problems, caused by the fact that there is a normative regulation to organize work on the retention of personal data in organizations and businesses. There are no mandatory rules for keeping personal data. Of great importance is how the employer hangs on the constitutional rights of their employees. After all, only government company or organization is able to carry out continuous monitoring of the order of retention and protection of personal data of employees. |
