Ion Creanga’s creation is recognized through his tales and stories, but mostly because due to his autobiographical work: memories from childhood. The criticism noticed the realistic character and the skillful story-telling. Accepting these allegations, however, we cannot reduce his creation only to one way of interpretation. To reveal the complexity of Ion creanga’s world he created in his stories, we can use the transdisciplinary methodology that was developed and offered by the French-Romanian scientist Basarab Nicolescu. The study covers the stratification of Creanga’s world, the ternary logic and the principle of universal complexity in tales of the Romanian writer Ion Creanga.
