In the present study there are examined the regulations concerning official legal rights and freedoms of Soviet citizens according with the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian SFSR of 1918, USSR Constitution of 1936, the Constitution of the Moldavian SSR from 1941, other Soviet laws and modalities of their everyday life. The author, in the investigation of historical documents and published works of preceding researchers, managed to clear many bestial violations of rights and freedoms of tens of millions of innocent people in the USSR by deportations, convictions to the hard years of imprisonment, death sentences, including hundreds of thousands of loyal supporters of the Soviet regime, demonstrating declarative character, “formal rights and freedoms of Soviet citizens during Stalin’s rule.

În studiul prezent sunt examinate atât reglementările juridice oficiale ale drepturilor şi libertăţilor cetăţenilor sovietici prin dispoziţiile Constituţiei RSFS Ruse din 1918, Constituţiei URSS din 1936, Constituţiei RSS Moldoveneşti din 1941, ale altor acte normative sovietice, cât şi modalităţile de realizare ale lor în viaţa de toate zilele. Autorul, în baza investigării documentelor istorice şi a lucrărilor publicate ale cercetătorilor premergători, a reuşit să elucideze multiple cazuri de violare bestială a drepturilor şi libertăţilor a zeci de milioane de oameni nevinovaţi din URSS prin deportări, condamnări la ani grei de detenţie, condamnări la moarte, inclusiv a sute de mii de susţinători fideli ai regimului sovietic, demonstrând astfel caracterul declarativ‑formal al drepturilor şi libertăţilor cetăţenilor sovietici în anii de guvernare a lui I.V. Stalin.
