Rezumat

Culture enables strengthening of the didactic professionalism, creates opportunities for successful social adaptation through emotional intelligence (EQ), generating increasing of the professional culture level. Students who have a well developed emotional intelligence have more opportunities in their successful social adaptation through their emotional culture and competences. They can correctly identify and manage not only their own emotions, but others' emotions too. They are better seen in the working groups, they are more cooperative, more strongly motivated intrinsically and they can avoid and resolve conflicts that arise. They are more optimistic.
