It was investigated the role of the lysosome cisteine proteinases - cathepsins B, H and L - in cirrhotic rat liver during the cirrhosis regression and the influence of the remedy BioRSe on the activity of these enzymes. It was determined that the hepatic cirrhosis provoked an increase of lysosome proteinases activity, which continued to be elevated during the post cirrhotic regeneration of the liver. It′s of great interest that the activity of the enzyme was much higher in the liver tissue of the animals treated with the remedy BioRSe. The considerable increase of the catepsins activity contributes to enlarge the liver proteolytic ability for a more efficient catabolism of the fibrous tissue in the liver. |
