Rezumat

This article describes several forms of organization of instruction used in the higher education of the Republic of Moldova. Following the analysis of students' responses, their choice for active and interactive learning was established. The author characterizes trainings as a form of efficient and interactive organization of instruction. Trainings are a systematic process of acquiring new knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to perform more effectively the duties of a particular position, present or future. The structure of a training and its stages are presented: Introduction; Establishing participants' expectations; Elaboration of the regulation; Getting to know the participants/group cohesion; Information; Evaluation of the day/of the training. The training is based on a series of pedagogical principles, such as: the principle of conscious and active participation; the principle of continuity, unity and systematization of expression; The principle of linking the theoretical knowledge to practical skills, etc. which are described in the article. The author presents concrete examples of activities carried out in a training with students of the Faculty of Education and Informatics of the State Pedagogical University "Ion Creanga" in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Ultimately, the author concludes, following the arguments presented, that trainings form new knowledge, develop new skills, lead to changing attitudes, motivate students to study and to improve themselves professionally.
