Rezumat | ||||||
The use of a specific organizational culture means in itself the implementation of certain changes, be it on the level of the organization, or on the level of educational actors. By investing into an institution’s organizational culture, we are investing into its potential, into its development and maintenance in the conditions of a competitive market. A strong culture protects the educational institution from the influence of negative factors and from environmental changes, giving it thus value and longterm stability. |
