In contemporary society, a special place is given to support and empathy in situations of uncertainty. One of the conditions for maintaining stability in these unstable times is awareness. The concept of awareness is directly related to such phenomena as „consciousness”, „awareness”, „selfawareness”. The nature of awareness determines the awareness of action, which could further determine the awareness of behavior. A pearson can control his behavior through the process of awareness, and this, in turn, represents not only a psychic component, but also an element of updating personal resources. In the present article we aim to reflect the phenomenon of awareness from the perspective of different theoretical approaches.
