Rezumat

Business partnerships are a popular form of collaboration between two or more companies to achieve a common goal. These collaborations can be highly beneficial, but also fraught with risk. In general, success factors for business partnerships include effective communication, close collaboration, a well-defined strategy and a solid legal agreement. On the other hand, risks associated with business partnerships include compatibility issues, misunderstandings and conflicts, financial problems and disclosure of confidential information. This article analyses the most important benefits and risks associated with business partnerships and provides relevant examples of companies both in the Republic of Moldova and abroad that have succeeded or failed because of partnerships.
