Rezumat

The finalization of Romania’s unification in 1918 brought not only benefits but also gave rise to a series of problems that did not require a solution. In this context we refer to the unificayion process not only in political but also in legislative terms. This process at the stat level was ended by voting the Romanian Constitution of 1923, that moment one of the most progressive constitutions in the world. Respectively, the vote of the Constitution led to the unification of the normative base – legal on the territory of the Romanian state. In the present endeavor we aim to make an analysis of the impact of the Romanian Constitution and of the laws derived from the constitution in order to regulate a number of issues related to ethnic minoraties in Bessarabia.
