Rezumat

Colour cathodoluminescence (CCL) offers a highly sensitive technique for qualitative and quantitative luminescence analysis of semiconductive materials and devices with high spatial resolution. ZnS, ZnSe and MgO crystals subjected to various thermal treatments have been investigated and wealth of previously unobservable information have been obtained.
