The organization of procurement is one of the basic tasks for contracting authorities and tenderers in the goods and services market. The efficiency with which financial resources are used for this purpose depends on the quality of the product according to the standards. The application of the electronic public procurement system for military equipment offers total transparency of the entire process, the possibility of analyzing the use of financial resources and aims to improve the efficiency of the public procurement system on the quality of the procedures and ensure the access of the improvement of the business environment to the contracts financed from public funds. |
