Rezumat | ||||||
The article presents an exhuastive analysis of motivational strategies specific to the student learning activity. In this context, the primary activity of the students presenting it, the learning activity is elucidated. At present, the learning activity, especially for students, involves studying, conquering, progressing and not acquiring knowledge. At the same time, the components of the learning activity are described, aimed at: identification of the purpose, design of the activity, execution of actions and obtaining/recording the result. In this context, the motivational strategies used by the learning subjects to develop or maintain motivation in carrying out the learning activity are outlined. This study presents the characteristic of motivational strategies, including: Involvement of the learner in setting learning goals, strategies for building positive expectations, awareness of the value of learning activity and self-awareness. Thus, motivational stategies optimize, intensify, support the motivation of the subject for the efficient realization of the learning activity. |
