Rezumat

From a research point of view, yeasts are important organisms due to their fermentation and protein synthesis properties. Its positive effects bring benefits, but the negative ones can cause infections in humans and animals, can spoil food and drinks if not properly controlled, so it is important to manage the growth and activity of yeasts to avoid negative action.
