The significance of international, regional and national strategies for the formulation and solution of gender issues has been emphasized in the article “The evolution of gender division and cooperation of labour”. Are revealed the dialects of gender relationship perfection on the basis of the development and intensification of labour division and cooperation in preindustrial, industrial and postindustrial society. It is sustained the necessity of the constitution of a – “knowledge economy” – in the Republic of Moldova as a condition for solving gender issues that correspond to the interests of society and to the needs of men and women.
