The article is doomed to the relevance of development of mobile learning technologies, its positive qualities and “minuses” are indicated, in particular, the limitation of personal contacts between users, which reduces the emotional background of communication. It is emphasized that M-L can have a significant didactic, economic and social effect, provided that its methods do not become an alien element in the traditional didactic system, but are naturally integrated into it. The authors point to the need for the with the simultaneous solution of deontological character, the search for teaching methods for schoolchildren starting from elementary grades, the ethical principles of using mobile communications and modern information and communication technologies.
