In the article there are presented some aspects of breeding of apricot culture for industrial promotion in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. Adaptability and ecological plasticity to changeable agroclimatic resources of new introduced and local created varieties remain the principal objectives of promotion within industrial culture. There are selected some genotypes for utilisation in future breeding and genetic program of apricot cultivation within local conditions A special attention is done to donors and implemented varieties with characteristics such as: appearance (attractivity, red collor of sken) and firmness of fruits, early and late ripening, medium and low vigour of trees, good level of sustainable productivity.
