Rezumat

Democratic trends in social relations, changes in the education paradigm are сreating conditions for the development of subjectivity in pedagogical practice. Subjectivity characterizes a high level of activity and productivity of pedagogical practice. Important factors in the subjectivity development are cooperation between team members and the head of an educational institution, self-governance, collective responsibility for the process and results of work.
