Rezumat

During the years 2016-2018, an international bilateral project of the Drug technology department of “Nicolae Testemitanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova was carried out, with the “Gr.T.Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University from Iasi, Romania. The results of research in the international project "NANOSILICA-SKIN" have contributed to the development of biocompatible nanostructured mesoporous silica matrix systems (NMS) based on biocompatible bexarotene (BXR) and magnolol (MG), also to the development of topical semi-solid formulations with NMS with modified relese with demonstration by in vitro and ex vivo studies, the antineoplastic effect of topical formulations with NMS.
