Rezumat

The upward trend of migration among young people and the deficient situation regarding the labor force in the Republic of Moldova, orient us towards the idea of some discrepancies between what the young specialists are looking for and the companies offer. In this sense, this study reflects the company's vision regarding the moments that compromise the supply of labor with qualified staff, as well as the possible points of contact between the preferences of young people and the possibilities of companies. Subsequently, measures will be suggested to streamline the process of hiring and engaging young people through job postings.
