Rezumat

the article tells about the role in the integration of children with special educational needs in the educational process and in the social environment of the school. About the barriers encountered in the way of children and auxiliary didactic personnel, about the complex and difficult path of the formation of inclusive education. The purpose of the work is to note the importance of pedagogical support. The author refers to the work of an auxiliary teacher in a particular gymnasium, giving examples of successful overcoming of difficulties
