The main objective of the article is to analyze the existing positions in the domestic literature regarding the definition of the concept of "burnout". The results obtained allow us to generalize the experience of domestic researchers, which represents some progress in understanding the essence and structure of burnout. And they can also be used to build theoretical models of burnout and further develop the conceptual apparatus. |
