Rezumat | ||||||
Research on the innovation process highlights the objective and subjective aspects of the problems created by change. The society we live in forces us to adapt to the changes that have taken place and that is why innovative teachers will have to convince those who are resistant to change that innovation is success, and this success can only be achieved if we train and work in the team, through collaboration, cooperation, shoulder to shoulder to adopt new techniques and methods of teaching-learning-assessment. The approach of educational change as an innovative process is a relatively ne wone, determined by the evolution of society that imposes the concept in modern education systems, but also a new qualitative perspective on the mentality of teachers. In other words, the change in education generates quality, and where is no quality, tings stagnate or even go backwards. |

Societatea în care trăim ne obligă să ne adaptăm schimbărilor survenite şi de aceea cadrele didactice inovatoare vor fi nevoite să-i convingă pe cei rezistenţi la schimbare că inovaţia reprezintă succesul, iar acest succes îl vom putea obţine numai dacă ne vom forma şi vom lucra în echipă, prin colaborare, cooperare, umăr la umăr, ca să adoptăm tehnici şi metode noi de predare-învăţare-evaluare. Abordarea schimbării educaţionale ca proces inovator este una relativ nouă, determinată de evoluţia societăţii care impune conceptul în sistemele moderne de învăţământ, dar şi o nouă perspectivă calitativă asupra mentalităţii cadrelor didactice. Altfel spus, schimbarea educaţională generează calitate, iar acolo unde nu există calitate, lucrurile stagnează sau chiar merg în regres.</p></description> </descriptions> <formats> <format>application/pdf</format> </formats> </resource>
