The purpose of this article is to highlight the real situation of children who have faced with a risky situation. The impact of these situations on the further development of children but also the actions of the state and the protection bodies that intervene in exceptional cases to help them. Moreover, we conducted a study compared to other states, and we came to the conclusion that the Republic of Moldova is faced with a high rate of cases in which children are victims of unpredictable situations, and often become victims of physical and mental rape in their own families. Through this article we want to point out that every child has the right to live free from violence, exploitation and abuse.
