Rezumat

In ancient times, natural disasters were sources of stress, but today anxiety is evoked by assessment situations. Thus, anxiety about evaluation needs to be diminished from an early age in children. Teachers who know students who are experiencing this anxiety can reduce it and thus do not risk children failing at school. Thus, I aimed to present the main theoretical, empirical acquisitions regarding the concept of anxiety about test situations. During the research, a series of activities to reduce stress in the evaluation process were elaborated, promoted, analyzed, which I consider to be of real use to teachers.
