Rezumat | ||||||
Human rights are considered supreme values in any modern state with an advanced democratic regime, and their guarantee by law enforcement requires, firstly, a good knowledge of them by law enforcement. Effective police training in the field of human rights is a key element in the global efforts to promote and protect human rights in each country. It is recommended that human rights issues, included in the Curricu-lum, as well as vocational training, cover the entire period of training of law enforcement employees, being integrated into various disciplines or modules. The purpose of this approach is to ensure that audiences successfully acquire human rights skills relevant to all aspects of their operational and administrative tasks, regardless of position and special grade. |
